With JENING’s 1000 Hour Party fast approaching, and with several JENING friends who are anxious to debut new JENINGsongs they have penned, JENING invites his many map-making friends to develop and build a new JENING stage map! Here are the basic guidelines:
The map should feature a stage such that it would be suitable for a concert!
The map should be camera friendly such that any ambient sound should be low to none, and the atmosphere should make for a good YouTube clip!
Special effects such as lights and other frills appreciated!
JENING will feature map entries on various JENINGservers, and will invite the JENINGfriends to vote on their favorites! The most popular maps will be featured in upcoming JENING/JENINGfriend concerts (as well as the attendant YouTube videos), culminating in the JENING 1000 Hour Party! Email your maps to JENING, or simply upload them on your own server, or somewhere easily downloadable!
We all look forward to seeing your creations! JENING appreciates it very much!
Postscript: Kimmy and Dr. Reid (under extreme duress) have affirmed their intention to perform at an upcoming JENINGfriend concert, further necessitating a wonderful stage map!
JENING is extremely happy to report that our fundraisathon to help keep Leatherface’s server alive has been a resounding success! You all truly answered the call and have ensured that the server will be up and running through most if not all of 2010! In a mere week’s time, we raised $253.16, the lion’s share of which was rapidly raised in the first days of the fundraisathon! Thank you all, JENINGfriends!

Our Server For Nightly Fun — For the past several months, the *BS* 503/Unite S Jening Secret Camp server has been the primary home to JENING’s and his friends’ nightly TF2 games! Behind the server is JENING’s very good friend *503* Leatherface who owns, maintains, and diligently runs the server, giving all JENINGfriends, new, old, and yet to be discovered, a nightly place to play and enjoy each others’ company!
The Need For Help — Leatherface had been receiving help from others to finance the server’s monthly cost, but much of that help has since dried up. Forced to shoulder the cost alone, Leatherface said he will be unable to keep the server up for more than another month or so. That help amounted to about $20.00 (USD) a month of the server’s $33.00 a month cost. Leatherface said if he is able to obtain help in that amount again, it would be enough to keep the server going!
JENINGFriends To The Rescue! – Encouraged by JENINGfriends who have expressed enthusiastic willingness to help Leatherface out, JENING proposes that we try to raise $100.00 in one week, enough to keep the server alive through the Christmas holiday! JENING understands that times are tough, but for those who are able, JENING hopes you will be able to help contribute to many fun nights for months to come!
